Our Calgary office is representing PETRONAS in connection with the establishment of a strategic Canadian-focused, liquefied natural gas partnership with MidOcean Energy. This new strategic partnership will involve the participation by MidOcean in PETRONAS’ existing North Montney Upstream Joint Venture and North Montney LNG Limited Partnership, the entity which holds PETRONAS’ participating interest in the LNG Canada Project.
