Biography
Krzysztof Jasiński is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Warsaw, with more than a decade of experience in M&A transactions, private equity, and corporate law.
He provides advisory services to private equity funds, private investors, and start-ups, representing both sellers and buyers. Krzysztof analyzes and prepares documents throughout the entire transaction process, including negotiating non-disclosure agreements, establishing data rooms, and formulating responses to inquiries from advisors. He also designs transaction structures, drafts agreements, and leads negotiations. Additionally, Krzysztof manages restructuring processes and assists clients with post-transaction activities, particularly in integrating the operations of the acquired company with those of the buyer’s group.
Krzysztof is a graduate (with distinctions) of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed the Law and Economics of Capital Markets Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Krzysztof is the author of numerous articles related to corporate law.
Krzysztof has been a qualified legal adviser (radca prawny) in Poland since 2017. He joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2024. Prior to joining the Warsaw office, he worked for another top-tier law firm in Warsaw.

Advised Robert Dobrzycki, president and co-owner of Panattoni, an international real estate development firm operating in Europe, India, and Saudi Arabia, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Widzew Łódź football club.
Advised TFI PZU S.A. on financing the acquisition of a significant minority stake in eTravel S.A. (eTravel) by Enterprise Investors Fund IX, together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as a minority co-investor.
Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on the €3 billion financing of the PGE part of the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind farm located off the Polish coast in the Baltic Sea between Ustka and Choczewo.
Advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), Poland’s state development bank, on its investment in the Eiffel Group, a French private equity fund focused on the energy transition sector, as a limited partner.
Advised Cura Vermögensverwaltung, the family office of the German Otto family, on the sale of the Silesia City Center shopping centre in Katowice in the southern Polish province of Silesia. The property was acquired by NEPI Rockcastle for €405 million.
