Our Québec City office represented Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as the court-appointed monitor responsible for supervising the restructuring proceedings of Chrono Aviation Group.

We partnered closely with the monitor to support a complex restructuring process, which included coordinating multiple sales and investment solicitation processes, securing court approval for a reverse vesting order to preserve Chrono’s critical licences and operations, and helping ensure the continuity of essential aviation services to remote northern communities.
