- Advising Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (i) on a senior term loan facility of up to THB 4,610,000,000 provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Bangkok Branch; (ii) on the term loan facility in THB 1,000,000,000 or JPY 3,600,000,000 provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Bangkok Branch; (iii) on a THB 500,000,000 green term loan facility from Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited; (iv) on a THB 4,150,000,000 term loan facility provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Bangkok Corporation, Bangkok Branch; (v) on the THB 1,500,000,000 term facility provided by Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited; and (vi) on a THB1,000,000,000 term loan facility from Sumitomo Mitsui Bangkok Corporation, Bangkok Branch.
- Advising KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited on the financing of up to THB 1,441,531,000 term facility to B.GRIMM PHARMA (THAILAND) LTD. for payment to the vendors of the purchase price; and on the financing of up to USD 222,310,000 bridge facility to B. GRIMM PHARMA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. for payment to the vendors of the initial purchase price and the borrower's settlement of the final purchase price.
- Advising SCB X Public Company Limited on the USD 1,200,000,000 term facility provided by Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Thailand Branch and Mizuho Bank, Ltd. for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
- Advising The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Bangkok Branch and KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED on the financing of up to USD 18,000,000 and THB 400,000,000 revolving facilities to ORYX STAINLESS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. for working capital requirement of the borrower.
- Advising KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited and Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited on the financing of up to THB 3,400,000,000 term facilities to P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited for repayment of all outstanding principal amount of its existing loans, as evidenced by a promissory note, which have been applied towards acquisition of shares issued by U.C. Marketing Co., Ltd.
- Advising United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited on providing refinancing facilities in the amount of USD Equivalent of THB2,722,813,000 to the 45 MW wind farm power plant project in Thailand operated by Winchai Co., Ltd.
- Advising United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited on providing a THB450,000,000 bridge loan to Nova Empire Public Company Limited for the purposes of acquisition of a wind farm project in Thailand.
- Advising dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. on a receivables sale transaction involving the sale of a portfolio of account receivables of up to USD 50,000,000 to United Overseas Bank Limited
- Advising KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited on the financing of a portfolio of solar rooftop projects in Chiang Mai University with approximate total capacity of 10.79 MW developed by Thai Digital Energy Development Company Limited.
