Biography

Dr Wenzel Richter is a corporate, M&A and securities lawyer based in Munich.

Wenzel has extensive experience in advising clients on general corporate law issues and M&A in the infrastructure and in connection with the energy transition.

His practice focuses on financial and institutional investors and he also regularly supports renewable asset managers with project related work throughout Europe. 

Wenzel joined us from an international law firm with US origin.
