On February 9, 2022, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) released a proposal aimed at enhancing cybersecurity risk management programs, including cybersecurity preparedness and response, for registered investment advisers (“advisers”), investment companies and business development companies (“funds”).
