Germany sanctions roundtable

We are hosting a sanctions roundtable discussion on Wednesday, September 14 at our Frankfurt office. The session is being held for senior individuals at financial institutions and corporates. The discussion will be led by a team of regulatory and investigations partners from our London, Brussels and Frankfurt offices whose practices focus on economic and trade sanctions.

Our team will share insights on practical challenges arising from the unprecedented volume of sanctions regulations introduced this year and consider their potential impact on disputes and regulatory enforcement risks.

The discussion will cover:

• common issues that we and our clients have been facing and how to approach them;
• the importance of sanctions risk assessments and factors to be aware of;
• disputes and regulatory enforcement risks arising from the new sanctions regimes;
• recent sanctions developments and what could be next.

All discussions will be under Chatham house rules.

Drinks will be served from 6pm, with our discussion and dinner following at 7pm. We anticipate finishing no later than 9.30pm.
