As the effective date of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act's "rebuttable presumption" regarding products and materials connected to forced labor and the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region approaches, many are unsure of how to tackle compliance. It appears likely that the Act will come into effect without the federal government first providing enforcement guidelines to facilitate compliance strategies.

Please join our panel for a discussion on the Act as well as key insights into the challenges of social compliance. The panel will feature "real world" commentary from Elizabeth Richman, General Counsel of Eileen Fisher, and James Swenson, Managing Director for Research & Operations at ethiXbase
