Norton Rose Fulbright advises sale of luxury hotel group in Greece

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised one of the founding families and major shareholders in the sale of the Sani SA Group, which owns and operates the Sani five star luxury resort in Halkidiki, Greece.

The shares of Sani SA were sold to two special purpose vehicles set up by equity investors, including Oaktree. The acquisition was financed by equity investors and through loans granted by Eurobank SA. The transaction closed on 29 December 2015.
