Austin office ranks among ‘Top Workplaces’ in Austin American-Statesman

Norton Rose Fulbright's Austin office has been named one of the "Top Workplaces" in Austin by employee engagement firm Energage.
The "Top Workplaces" list, published in the Austin American-Statesman, was compiled using a confidential job satisfaction survey offered to employees this summer to measure job satisfaction. The survey gauged the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and more. Responses to this survey were compared to other participating organizations across the US.
More than 60 percent of the firm's US personnel responded to the survey, with feedback from Austin leading to the firm's top spot in the Texas capital.
Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed 23 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception 14 years ago.
