Norton Rose Fulbright advises sponsor on KR1’s Main Market listing

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Singer Capital Markets in its capacity as sponsor to KR1 PLC on the company’s proposed step up to listing on the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List of the FCA and admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Singer Capital Markets will also act as bookrunner for a placing programme established by KR1.
KR1 PLC is a leading digital asset technology company focused on decentralised technologies and staking. It generates income by participating in proof-of-stake blockchain networks, either directly or via third-party providers.
