Biography

A partner in the Houston office, Warren Huang has handled appeals in the federal courts of appeals and Texas courts of appeals. He handles every stage of an appeal, including the preparation of written briefs and motions, presentation of oral argument, and representation of clients during appellate mediations.

In addition to handling traditional appeals, Warren works closely with trial counsel by preparing and arguing dispositive motions and other pre-trial motions, trial briefs, jury charges, and post-trial motions.

When an appeal is anticipated, Warren assists trial counsel by preparing strategies for preserving error and positioning cases for appeal. He also has assisted trial counsel by handling appeals from interlocutory orders, including the filing of interlocutory appeals and petitions for writ of mandamus.

Warren represents clients in intellectual property, health, energy, and general commercial litigation.
