Biography
Matt McCabe is a senior associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office. He focuses his practice on tax-exempt and taxable financings for 501(c)(3) health care entities and governmental health care entities. Matt regularly works as bond counsel, borrower's counsel and underwriters' counsel for financing involving health care systems, academic medical centers, nursing facilities and senior living communities. In addition, Matt has experience advising clients on financing implications resulting from mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
