Biography
Mark is a registered patent attorney who primarily focuses his practice on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution. His patent practice encompasses a wide range of technology in the electrical and mechanical arts, including electrical power equipment and metering systems, medical devices, electrical circuits, semiconductor devices, and data communications and networks.
Mark also has experience in patent infringement and validity analysis, intellectual property litigation, patent appeals, inter partes review (IPR), Reissue proceedings, and trademark prosecution. Additionally, Mark has guest lectured at the University of Texas at Austin on the subject of Patent Law. Mark has five years of experience as an Electrical Engineer with Commonwealth Edison – an Exelon Company where he focused on installing, testing, and operating electrical distribution equipment.
