Sarabeth is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office. Sarabeth's practice focuses on a range of business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, securities matters, SEC reporting and compliance, and representations and warranties insurance. Additionally, Sarabeth assists investors and investment funds with the structuring and formation of, and investment in, private investment funds.
