Biography
John's practice focuses on tax-exempt and taxable financings for 501(c)(3) health care entities. He serves as bond counsel, borrower's counsel and underwriters' counsel for financings involving health care systems and academic medical centers in Texas and throughout the United States. John also has experience advising clients on financing implications resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
