Matthew Seeberger is counsel in Norton Rose Fulbright's Los Angeles office.

  • Represented lenders on a variety of renewable energy projects in California (including a 100 MW/400 MWh battery storage in San Diego County) and several other states 
  • Represented developers of renewable energy projects in CA (including a utility scale solar project in Tehama County) in California and several other states 
  • Represented a variety of commercial tenants – office, retail, industrial – throughout the country
  • Represented a regional developer in connection with leasing space in regional, power and neighborhood centers in California, Washington, Oregon and Idaho
  • Represented local developers in acquiring, developing, leasing and disposing of retail, office and industrial space throughout California
  • Chaired regional developer's projects throughout California, including as preferred developer for national drugstore chain, including acquisition, development, disposition and leasing
  • Primarily responsible for medical office leasing for a national REIT with over 8,000,000 square feet of space throughout the United States 
  • Primarily responsible for leasing commercial portfolio for California pension fund
