- Represented developers of renewable energy projects in CA (including a utility scale solar project in Tehama County) in California and several other states
- Represented a variety of commercial tenants – office, retail, industrial – throughout the country
- Represented a regional developer in connection with leasing space in regional, power and neighborhood centers in California, Washington, Oregon and Idaho
- Represented local developers in acquiring, developing, leasing and disposing of retail, office and industrial space throughout California
- Chaired regional developer's projects throughout California, including as preferred developer for national drugstore chain, including acquisition, development, disposition and leasing
- Primarily responsible for medical office leasing for a national REIT with over 8,000,000 square feet of space throughout the United States
- Primarily responsible for leasing commercial portfolio for California pension fund
