Biography
Peter Cash is a commercial dispute resolution lawyer based in Melbourne. He is also head of the firm’s Melbourne office.
Peter draws on a broad range of experience including superannuation litigation, partnership and joint venture disputes, product liability, competition law, contracts, corporate governance and banking disputes, fraud and other investigations.
As well as conducting litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts, and international arbitrations seated in Australia and elsewhere, Peter regularly represents clients in relation to ACCC, ASIC and other regulatory investigations. He acts for clients in a wide variety of industries, from mining to financial institutions and from motorcycle manufacturers to pharmaceutical companies. His expertise includes large-scale matters involving the management of substantial document discovery and cross-border evidence collection.
Peter is a director of Jaramer Legal, a majority Indigenous owned law firm formed in a joint venture between Norton Rose Fulbright and Mailman Law.
