Nadia Evans is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer based in London. Nadia focuses on business ethics and anti-bribery and corruption. She has also undertaken a broad range of commercial litigation and arbitration.
Nadia has advised clients on a range of corruption issues including the conduct of global investigations, the development and implementation of anti-corruption compliance programmes and business partner due diligence reviews.
Nadia has also undertaken secondments to a global steel producer and a US energy company. Whilst at the global steel producer, she assisted with the development and implementation of the company’s group-wide anti-bribery compliance programme. During her time seconded to the US energy company, Nadia held the role of Regional Compliance Officer for Europe, Turkey, Jordan and Nigeria. In that role, Nadia’s responsibilities included implementing and managing a well-developed contract compliance review process; delivering and managing others to deliver training programmes on ethics and compliance risks and legal policies to the businesses based in the region and ensuring the implementation of all other ethics and compliance initiatives.
Nadia studied Law with American Law at the University of Nottingham with a year spent at the Law School at the University of Texas at Austin. She joined us as a trainee in 2005.
