Alyona Kozyreva is a corporate lawyer based in Moscow. She specialise in corporate/commercial, employment, antitrust and construction law.
Alyona acts on a wide spectrum of corporate issues, advising on the optimal investment and corporate vehicle to meet a client’s particular needs and protect their interests and participation in joint enterprises. Her areas of expertise include advising on the establishment and liquidation of legal entities; all corporate matters, including the holding of shareholders/participants’ meetings and drafting corporate documents; accreditation of representative offices and branches; registration of non-profit companies; stock issuances; import of equipment as a contribution to charter capital; anti-trust issues; land and environmental issues; and the law on NGOs.
Alyona has written a number of articles on antitrust law. She also has a particular interest in legal research on land as well as environmental issues, water protection zones, and all aspects of forestry regulations which impact on subsoil legislation.
Alyona attended graduated from Moscow State University, Philological Faculty, in 1996 and the Russian Academy of State Service under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation, Law Faculty, where she gained a diploma with honours in 1999.
She is fluent in Russian, English, Czech and German.
