Simon Chamberlain is an aviation lawyer based in London with particular expertise in airline business and operations.
Simon advises airlines, lessors and private individuals on all aspects of aircraft acquisition, ownership, operation and regulation, including the broad commercial issues that surround and govern airline activities and the use and operation of all types of commercial and corporate aircraft. He has spent over 35 years advising airlines, including 10 years spent in-house with British Airways.
His work includes aircraft and aircraft engine acquisition, disposal, finance and leasing, aviation commercial agreements (maintenance, franchise, slot exchange, equipment acquisition and airline distribution) and a range of aviation regulatory issues (airline, pilot and route licensing, bilateral agreements).
