Rowan Weaver joined our Toronto office in the business law group in 2011. As a member of our research team, she conducts research and prepares opinions and factums for clients and other lawyers in our Canadian offices.

Ms. Weaver has participated in major transactions and litigation, including restructuring, bankruptcy and receivership proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial arbitrations, patent litigation, and securities proceedings involving our special situations team.

Prior to joining us, Ms. Weaver served as a clerk to the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
