James is a projects and construction lawyer based in London.
He has experience of international projects in the infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors. James advises clients on a range of construction and services agreements, including EPC and O&M contracts, PPAs, and MSAs.
James also gained in-house experience following a six-month secondment to ExxonMobil in 2018, where he worked on upstream and downstream transactions and joint venture projects.

- Advising iCON Infrastructure Partners on the divestment of its interests in Beckton Energy Limited and Rothes CoRDe Limited to Arjun Infrastructure Partners
- Advising the National Oil and Gas Authority on the onshore and offshore aspects of the Bahrain LNG terminal project, in particular on the development and construction of the terminal, as well as on its financing, which involved a syndicate of nine international and regional banks participating in the US$741m loan.
