  • Advising Rio Tinto Alcan on matters relating to its BC properties, including the sale, leasing and disposition of other land and water rights to LNG Canada for a proposed natural gas liquefaction plant and export terminal in Kitimat, BC

  • Acting for TELUS in connection with the air space parcel subdivision and sale of its former headquarters at 555 Robson Street in Vancouver, BC

  • Acting as lead leasing counsel for a large national retail store chain in connection with its 80+ stores across Canada

  • Acting as lead leasing counsel for a Western Canadian grocery store chain

  • Acting for the owners of a 600,000+ square foot shopping centre in the Greater Vancouver area

  • Acting for the purchaser of a $108 million interest in a shopping centre in Abbotsford, BC

  • Negotiating a 300,000 square foot production and warehouse facility lease in the Okanagan for a Western Canadian food and beverage manufacturer
