Harrison Ottaway is an intellectual property and litigation lawyer based in Melbourne.

Harrison has experience acting in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. He also has experience in advising clients on registrability, exploitation, validity, enforcement and infringement of intellectual property rights, including patents, trade marks, copyright and designs.

Harrison has a particular focus on patent and trade mark infringement disputes and frequently acts in disputes with a cross-border or international aspect.
