Ina Fey is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice of Norton Rose Fulbright. She is a German-qualified competition and regulatory lawyer based in Brussels. Ina represents clients in merger proceedings and advises on all aspects of EU competition law and EU regulatory law. She also advises businesses and governments on public procurement, state aid, international trade and general public law.
Ina studied law at universities in Osnabrück (Germany) and Lausanne, and trained at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg. She holds a Master's degree in European Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam. During her legal training at the German Federal Cartel Office and the competition authority of Lower-Saxony (Germany), Ina gained practical experience working inside competition authorities. As a German native, Ina is fluent in English and has good knowledge of French and Dutch.
