Biography
Veronica Seeto is a commercial lawyer based in Canberra and specialising in government, ICT and major projects work.
She has substantial experience advising on complex procurements, strategic contracting matters (including remediation activities for projects of concern), and on military acquisition and sustainment programs.
Veronica works with in-house legal teams, commercial teams and project teams of Commonwealth Government departments and private companies. She advises on project, procurement and contract design (including on acquisition, sustainment and remediation strategies, project delivery models and market-testing activities), the interpretation and management of contracts (including performance based contracts), and dispute resolution and commercial settlement arrangements. She reviews and drafts tender and contract documentation, evaluates tender responses, prepares for and conducts commercial negotiations, and advises on compliance with legislation and policy.
