Biography

With well over 100 jury cases tried in his career, Frank Jones brought exceptional depth of experience to his area of concentration. In his over 40 years of practice, Frank represented a wide range of clients from diverse industries in major commercial and, in several instances, "bet-the-company" litigation. His experience includes anti-trust cases, securities class action litigation and securities arbitrations. Kaplan Publishing recently published "Lessons From the Courtroom," a book Frank wrote based on his many years of trying lawsuits.

The common denominators among Frank's diverse client roster in handling significant dollar exposure cases are experience, expertise, and courtroom skills needed to provide representation in complex litigation.

Frank began his career with Norton Rose Fulbright as an Associate in 1966.  He became a Partner in 1974.  In 2006, he transitioned to the role of Senior Counsel.  Throughout his 50 years at the Firm, he was involved in many management positions including former Client Relations Partner, Head of Litigation, Co-head of the Houston Office, and Member of the Executive, Management, Policy, and Partner Committees.
