L. Tracee Whitley



L. Tracee Whitley is Norton Rose Fulbright's US Chief of Operations and is based in the firm's Houston office. She oversees US administrative functions and teams in finance and accounting, compliance, practice management, human resources, recruitment, professional development, information technology, knowledge services, marketing and business development, communications, real estate, operations and office administration. Tracee works closely with the firm's US and global executive leadership, including COOs for four other regions within the firm's verein structure. Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright in 2015, Tracee held similar leadership roles, including COO, Deputy COO and Chief Administrative Officer at another major US law firm.

Prior to her career as a law firm executive, Tracee practiced law for seven years at several law firms in Boston, MA in the areas of corporate, employment, employee benefits and estate, trust and gift tax planning law. She worked for public and private entities as well as individuals and performed a significant amount of pro bono work for non-profit entities.
