Biography
Saadia Naim is an associate in the employment and labour practice at the firm. Saadia is currently developing her practice in all aspects of employment and labour. She has worked on a variety of files, including individual and policy grievances, jurisdictional disputes, unfair labour practice complaints, wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints.
Saadia is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School where she was Oralist for Osgoode’s team in the inaugural Federal Court Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Law Moot.
Prior to joining our Toronto office, Saadia was an employment and labour associate at a large national firm.
