Biography
Stefan Hagner is a senior counsel in the Corporate, M&A and Securities team of Norton Rose Fulbright. He advises strategic and financial investors on M&A, joint ventures and corporate work across the globe, with a particular focus on transactions in the energy, financial institutions and telecom space. Stefan also advises insurance companies in M&A representations and warranties transactions and regulatory matters. In addition, Stefan has extensive experience in conducting multi-jurisdictional investigations and compliance risk assessments for financial institutions and industrial clients. Stefan is currently based in Dallas, having previously worked in Norton Rose Fulbright's Singapore, London and Munich offices for global clients.
