Mr. Carrell is a member of the Houston and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Texas. He has served as Chair of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section for the State Bar of Texas and as Vice Chairman of the Criminal Practice and Procedures Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Carrell currently serves as an Emeritus Trustee of Baylor College of Medicine and as a Trustee of the Kelsey Foundation for Research.
