Richard Cunningham, a partner since 1969, practices in the New York office. His legal practice consists of general estate planning with special emphasis on the tax and continuity of management problems which are common to family-owned businesses, corporations and partnerships. Mr. Cunningham oversees the preparation of wills and trust indentures to complement estate plans. He is involved with probate of wills and attendance to the details of administration of estates, including federal and state estate tax liability and fiduciary income tax questions. He also regularly consults with clients concerning pre-marital planning.
