Bernard Gaudreau practises tax and focuses primarily on tax litigation. As such, he is frequently involved in discussions and negotiations with the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec, particularly in connection with tax audits, enforcing various collection measures, and in handling objections. 

An experienced litigator, Mr. Gaudreau represents taxpayers before the Court of Quebec, the Quebec Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Canada. Mr. Gaudreau also handles a number of voluntary disclosure and investigation files.

Finally, Mr. Gaudreau also deals with tax authorities regarding complex income tax and sales tax matters.
