Andre Hartmann, LL.M. is a corporate/M&A lawyer based in our Frankfurt office.

He advises on all aspects of corporate law, especially on domestic and cross-border company transactions and corporate restructurings. His main focus is on advising clients in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.

Andre studied law at the University of Münster and holds a LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh. He worked as a legal trainee for leading national and international law firms in Frankfurt and spent a part of his legal training at the German Embassy in Hanoi.

Andre is a German native speaker and is also fluent in English..
