Biography
Sven Schweneke is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Munich.
Sven focuses on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations and is regarded as one of the top M&A lawyers in Germany. A particular focus is on advising on national and international private equity transactions (LBOs, MBOs and minority investments).
His clients include private equity investors and their portfolio companies as well as international industrial companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Sven led the German private equity team at another global law firm.
