Norton Rose Fulbright advises Intermediate Capital Group on the partnership with Exxeta

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on its partnership and capital provided to digital technology services and consultancy provider Exxeta AG (Exxeta).

Exxeta is a leading digital transformation services provider, focusing on long-term IT implementation projects. Exxeta supports DAX-40 corporates and mid-sized companies with digital services spanning from strategy to implementation with more than 1,000 employees in 13 offices across 3 countries, Exxeta mainly focuses on the DACH region.

ICG provides flexible capital solutions to help companies develop and grow. They are a leading global alternative asset manager with over 30 years' history, managing $71bn of assets and investing across the capital structure. They develop long-term relationships with their business partners to deliver value for shareholders, clients and employees, and use their position of influence to benefit the environment and society. ICG operates across four asset classes: Structured and Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets, and Credit.

Norton Rose Fulbright, led by Munich corporate partner Bernd Dreier, advised on all aspects of this transaction, including the due diligence, the transaction documents and the shareholders' agreement on behalf of ICG.
