Andreas Habig is tax lawyer based in Frankfurt. 

He provides tax advice to clients from all industries on domestic and international tax law. His practice focuses on domestic and international real estate and M&A transactions, including the structuring of the purchase or sale, as well as the tax due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of agreements. He also advices on tax implications in reorganizations and restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Andreas spent more than ten years working for renowned international law firms in Frankfurt. In addition to his qualification as a lawyer, he is also admitted as a certified tax advisor.
