Biography
Mathieu is a lawyer specialized in M&A and real estate based in Paris and Casablanca. He has extensive knowledge in the acquisition and development of real estate projects.
He is involved in the structuring and negotiation of the various contracts necessary for the implementation of such transactions, including asset or share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, commercial leases, management and development contracts.
Mathieu has been involved in numerous landmark transactions in Morocco and French-speaking Africa, particularly in the fields of luxury hotels and renewable energy.
Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Global regularly rank him as one of the best lawyers in his field.
Mathieu was admitted in 2003 and joined us in 2006.
