Theodora Richardson is a debt capital markets lawyer based in London. She acts regularly for investment banks, corporates, and sovereign issuers across a broad spectrum of capital markets transactions. Her experience includes advising on investment grade debt issuances, high yield bond offerings and the establishment and maintenance of EMTN and other note programmes.
