Rebecca Bell is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in London. Rebecca trained at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in March 2025. As part of her training, she spent time on secondment to our Singapore office, in the corporate finance team.

- bp on the formation of Jera Nex bp, its offshore wind focused joint venture with JERA CO., Inc. which will focus on operating assets and development projects totalling 13 GW of potential net generating capacity.
- Quinbrook, the specialist global investment manager focused exclusively on renewables, storage and grid support infrastructure investment, on its partnership with E.ON to construct a consented 350MW Battery Energy Storage System project located in Uskmouth, South Wales.
- TotalEnergies on its acquisition of a 28.3% interest in the Bujagali hydropower plant in Uganda and minority stakes in two renewable hydropower projects under development in Rwanda and Malawi from Norwegian renewable energy company Scatec.
- TotalEnergies on its acquisition of the West Burton B gas-fired power plant (with co-located 49 MW battery energy storage system) for an enterprise value of £450m.
TotalEnergies on its divestment of a 50% interest in the West Burton B CCGT and co-located BESS assets to EP UK Investments Limited, a UK subsidiary of Energetický a Průmyslový Holding.
