About me
I joined Transform’s Resource Management team in 2018 with the role of Resource Manager. Since then I have supported numerous London and Global teams with Resource Management; launching data tools to support teams navigate resourcing pressures. In 2019, I became a Mental Health First Aider and sit as a Co-Chair on the Breathe Committee.
Prior to this, I worked at a professional services firm for approximately 4.5 years as a Resource Manager.
From
I grew up in the South West of England, Devon. I now live in North Cambridge with my family.
Fun fact
I have experience of working as a farmer and shepherd.
Previously
After graduating I worked as a Recruitment Consultant before moving into Resource Management.
