This includes outsourcing projects, managed services, cloud agreements, software licensing and distribution arrangements, systems integration, hardware supply and maintenance.  He also regularly advises on security of critical infrastructure, cyber security frameworks, artificial intelligence, privacy compliance, data governance and data breaches.
