Biography
Edward is an Associate based in Melbourne, who works across Norton Rose Fulbright's Projects and Environment & Planning teams. Edward has advised governments and organisations throughout Australia and internationally on environmental law matters, engaging in carbon markets and major energy transition projects.
Edward has also advised clients on the registration of carbon projects under the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011, the subsequent development of carbon projects and compliance with Australia's National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Scheme and the Safeguard Mechanism. Edward has experience in drafting the legal documentation required by project developers and landowners in connection with carbon projects.
