The Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA) has published two new pieces of guidance from its Data Working Group: the Six Data Quality Dimensions for Pension Scheme Member Data and the Data Improvement Plan Template

The documents will assist schemes in their responses to the Regulator’s updated Member Data Quality Guidance. PASA’s guidance explores the Regulator’s six core data dimensions and provides detail on how schemes can assess and improve the quality of member data across these areas.

The accompanying Data Improvement Plan Template gives schemes a structured framework for planning, documenting and delivering data improvement.

In addition, on November 23, 2025, PASA published new guidance from its Digital Administration Working Group providing a “practical direction” for schemes undertaking delivery of digital transformation. It outlines how schemes can establish the right framework to “ensure successful and sustainable digital change”.
