Biography
Caroline Thomas is a partner and Head of the Antitrust and Competition team in London. She has over 20 years of experience advising clients across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious competition matters. Caroline has considerable experience of high profile competition litigation in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal, including acting on a number of collective actions. She also regularly advises clients on complex merger reviews, particularly by the UK Competition and Markets Authority. Caroline has acted on a number of major UK behavioural and market investigations, and is currently advising clients on various aspects of the new UK Digital Markets regime.
Caroline works across all sectors with a particular focus on technology and financial services.
Caroline has been recognised as one of Global Competition Review's Women in Antitrust in 2025 and is listed as one of the 2025 Lawdragon “500 Leading Global Antitrust and Competition Lawyers”.
