Shaha is competition lawyer based in London. She focuses on UK and EU competition/antitrust law with particular experience in securing merger control approvals for major transactions across multiple jurisdictions and defending investigations by competition authorities.  She has also advised on a number of market investigations and market studies by sector regulators and on various aspects of the new UK and EU Digital Markets regimes.

Shaha has regulator experience having spent time at the UKs Competition and Markets Authority. She has also been on secondments to the in-house legal teams of large multinationals, where her work included the design and roll-out of various antitrust risk compliance programmes and global strategies for antitrust risk mitigation. 

Shaha has been recognised as "absolutely excellent" and "a pleasure to work with", having been identified as a key lawyer for EU & Competition by The Legal 500.
