Morgane Fournel Reicher is a Financial Services Regulatory lawyer based in Paris.
She specializes in Financial Services and Fintech Regulatory matters.
She advises French and international credit, financial and insurance institutions on the regulatory framework governing their operations and transactions in France and the European Union. She has also developed expertise in advising payment institutions, electronic money institutions, and blockchain technology firms on the regulatory requirements applicable to their activities.
