• International Holding Company, a ADX listed entity - on its USD 2 billion investment into Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission and Adani Enterprises - which are all listed on India's Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
• International Energy Holding -  the subsidiary of International Holding Company on its acquisition of 50% stake in Turkish clean energy market leader 'Kalyon Enerji' for AED1.8bn.
• Pure Health - the Alpha Dhabi subsidiary, on the acquisition of Ardent Health Services, a US healthcare provider for a total investment of US$500m.
• Dar Global PLC - the Dubai-based real estate development firm, on the pre-IPO reorganisation and on its direct listing and admission to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This is one of the largest listings on the LSE in 2023. 
• International Holding Company - on its capital investment of US$ 200 mn in Lulo Columbia the holding company of Colombia's first regulated digital bank, Lulo Bank, through one of its subsidiaries.
• International Holding Company - on its acquisition of a 54 per cent stake in information and communications technology provider Emircom for AED250m.
• A regional sovereign related entity - in relation to its acquisition of a stake in an international manufacturing and distribution group (with presence in over 20 jurisdictions).
• A major fashion retailer - in relation to the restructuring of its joint venture and distribution arrangements in the GCC.
