Norton Rose Fulbright advises Wealthcap on purchase of Mainz office development

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised real estate investment manager Wealthcap on the purchase of the Rheinkontor office building in Mainz from seller LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH.
The future-oriented project comprises 14,300 square meters of office space and company catering facilities in an attractive location at the Zollhafen customs port in Mainz, in the immediate vicinity of the city center. The development project is expected to be completed in summer 2020.
